What do you call a pig with no legs? Ground pork! And what did my family and I do with over three pounds of delicious marbled Berkshire pork? Ground it up and make, yah, that’s right, over 100 plump homemade pot stickers. Read it and weep!

These beauties are one of my favorite meals and my family only takes the time to make it when I’m around. Probably because without me, 100 pot stickers would take them over a week to finish. Instead of all water, we cook them with a mixture corn starch, flour, vinegar and water, which create a thin, golden, flaky crust that holds all the dumplings together. Enjoy the pictures!
