Roasted Duck
Yum. This duck was a bit fatty, but who doesn’t like duck fat! Stop lying, I know you’d pour it over rice and eat it…At least I would. The skin was super crispy and the meat was very tasty. For all you NYers, this is better than anything you can find in NYC chinatown.
